Airline Ticketing & Reservations Consultant

• Manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, changes, cancellations and refunds in accordance with airline rules and company procedures. • Use Amadeus and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage bookings and reservations. • Assist customers with itinerary changes, fare information and travel-related enquiries. • Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with airlines and travel partners. • Follow ticketing procedures and maintain a high standard of accuracy and customer service. • Mandatory: Completion of a recognized airline-ticketing course that meets the applicable training requirements. Candidates must be able to provide the required certificate verification or endorsement documentation. • Preferred: Two to four years of relevant airline-ticketing, reservations or travel-consultancy experience. • Preferred: Practical experience with Amadeus GDS ; experience with Sabre, Travelport or other GDS platforms is an advantage. • Knowledge of airline fares, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations and refunds. • Strong attention to detail, communication skills and customer-service orientation. • Ability to work full-time from the company's UAE office.
