AI Growth Marketer

About the Role We're hiring an AI Growth Marketer to join our office on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, and build the engine that brings in new client leads, and to automate our marketing desk with AI tools. Today most of our leads come in inbound and our automation projects are sitting in a backlog. You'll own both. This is a builder role. If you've set up a CRM and lead pipeline from scratch, written sequences with AI, connected tools with Zapier, Make or n8n, and can tell a good reel from a bad one, we'd love to hear from you. This is an office-based role, not remote. Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, and a half day on Friday, at our Palm Jumeirah office. Reports to: Head of Brand & Growth. Responsibilities • Build and run outbound lead generation: ICP research, LinkedIn and email sequences, landing pages and lead scoring, with a monthly target for qualified client meetings. • Handle first response and qualification on inbound enquiries during Dubai hours, and route them to the right consultant with a clean brief. • Manage and process all leads and RFPs end to end. For RFPs, that means building the application, preparing the documents, submitting on time and following up until a decision. • Set up our marketing CRM and pipeline. Recommend the right tool, or build a lean setup with no-code tools, then run workflows, lead-to-consultant handoff, proposal follow-ups and weekly reporting dashboards. • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make or n8n, CapCut) to automate repeat work like market briefs, candidate packs, client decks, social scheduling and content repurposing. • Turn podcast episodes, articles and market briefs into LinkedIn posts, short clips and emails, working with our Dubai content team and video editor. • Report weekly on funnel numbers and keep the lead and RFP tracker clean and current. Qualifications • 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing for an international client or employer, ideally in recruitment, professional services, SaaS or an agency. Required Skills • Experience setting up a CRM or marketing automation system from the ground up (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Airtable or a custom no-code build): pipelines, sequences, lead scoring and reporting. • Proof you've built with AI: no-code automations, GPTs, Claude projects or AI content workflows you can demo on a call. • Excellent written English for LinkedIn posts, email sequences and client-facing copy. • Enough content production knowledge to brief an editor and judge a cut. • Self-managing and reliable. You ship, you report, and you flag blockers early. Preferred Skills • Experience with Gulf or UK clients is a plus.
