Agent Build Partner

We are looking for an **Agent Build Partner** to work closely with different business and functional teams in Abu Dhabi, understand their challenges and requirements, and turn them into practical AI\-powered solutions. The role combines **business understanding, AI solution design, hands\-on agent development, and stakeholder engagement**. The successful candidate will be expected to work directly with teams, identify opportunities for AI agents, propose solutions, and build and demonstrate working solutions using modern AI platforms. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with different business and functional teams to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements. * Identify suitable opportunities for **AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows**. * Translate business problems into practical AI agent use cases and solution designs. * Design, build, test, and refine AI agents using **Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and ChatGPT Workspace Agents**. * Develop prototypes and working solutions that address real business requirements. * Engage with stakeholders to demonstrate solutions, gather feedback, and iterate based on their needs. * Integrate AI agents with relevant enterprise applications, workflows, APIs, and data sources where required. * Document agent workflows, solution architecture, capabilities, and implementation requirements. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful adoption and deployment. * Continuously explore new AI capabilities and identify ways to improve existing solutions. Required Skills \& Experience * **5\+ years of experience** in software development, AI, automation, solution engineering, or a related field. * Strong hands\-on proficiency with: * **Claude Code** * **Microsoft Copilot Studio** * **Azure AI Foundry** * **ChatGPT Workspace Agents** * Strong understanding of **AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows**. * Experience designing and building AI\-powered solutions based on business requirements. * Strong problem\-solving and solution\-design capabilities. * Ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective AI solutions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working directly with business users, functional teams, and senior stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of agent development from requirement gathering through demonstration and delivery. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who can **understand a business problem, think through an AI\-led solution, and build it hands\-on**. You should be comfortable moving between stakeholder discussions and technical development, with the ability to quickly turn ideas into working AI agents that solve practical business problems. **Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi are mandatory.** Pay: AED20,000\.00 \- AED25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
