Leasing Agent

• Source and generate leasing leads. • Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants. • Negotiate lease terms and close rental deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. • Market residential and commercial properties across online portals and social media. • Ensure all leasing documentation complies with RERA regulations. • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in the Dubai real estate market. • Valid UAE Driving License . • Own car is required. • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and leasing procedures. • Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
