Sales Agent (Real Estate)

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties • Manage the full sales and rental process from inquiry to closing • Conduct property viewings and professional presentations • Build long-term relationships with clients and investors • Follow up with company leads and convert them into successful transactions • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches • Negotiate offers and close deals • Maintain CRM records and provide excellent after-sales service • 1–2+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market • Fluent English (C1 or higher) • Additional language is a strong advantage: Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Italian or Chinese • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of Dubai communities (Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, etc.) • Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-oriented • UAE driving license and own car are an advantage • Own visa preferred (company visa available for the right candidate) What We Offer • Attractive commission structure: 40/60 or 60/40 (based on experience and performance) • High-quality company leads • Visa sponsorship (if required) • Medical insurance • Professional training and ongoing mentorship • Access to leading property portals and CRM system • Marketing support and professional photographer/videographer • Administrative and conveyancing support • Friendly international team • Career growth opportunities • Flexible working environment • Opportunity to work with Dubai’s leading developers � Location: Dubai, UAE If you’re passionate about real estate and ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
