Administrative Assistant - Finance

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving Maintain contract databases, trackers, and management systems to ensure accurate records and timely renewals Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales, and operational departments on contractual and compliance matters Monitor supplier and contractor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance requirements, and service agreements Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes, waiver requests, non-disclosure agreements, and other administrative documentation Support departmental efficiency through accurate record management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on key actions and approvals You have experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination, or a related administrative role within a hospitality or corporate environment You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously You have excellent attention to detail and are committed to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality You are confident analyzing contract terms, identifying risks, and supporting effective resolution of contractual matters You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across multiple departments You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable working with contract management systems and business applications
