Career Opportunity: Administrative Assistant Aftersales | Ali & Sons Ali & Sons is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily aftersales operations, coordinate service activities, and ensure efficient communication between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and warranties. • Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate service records, warranty claims, and departmental files. • Prepare service reports, assist with invoicing, and follow up on payments. • Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal departments. • Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate orders with Procurement. • Provide general administrative and office support. What We re Looking For: • Education: Bachelor s degree. • Experience: Administrative experience, preferably in aftersales, warranties, or technical products. • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Key Skills: Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
