Administration Assistant

1. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for presentations as directed by C.E.O. HR & Legal Affairs Group. 2. Arrange appointments, calendars, and schedules of the C.E.O. HR & Legal Affairs Group. 3. Write or draft correspondence, compile reports, documents and/or other written materials. 4. Review incoming correspondence; initiate replies as appropriate; route matters requiring action by employees or other organizations and follow up to ensure actions are completed. 5. Review outgoing correspondence to ensure grammatical and procedural conformance to general policy and factual correctness. 6. Record and/or transcribe the draft minutes of meetings and produce document in draft or final format. 7. Receive calls and/or greet visitors, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information; provide information or direct caller/visitor to appropriate individual. 8. Maintain and/or create files or record-keeping systems. Sort, label, file and retrieve documents, or other materials relevant to department operations. 9. Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks.
