Admin I Procurement I Data Analyst

• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement records. • Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services . • Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply issues. • Maintain supplier databases, vendor evaluations, and contract documentation. • Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies, documentation filing, and correspondence. • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for procurement activities. • 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or agri-related industries. • Strong knowledge of Agribusiness, procurement processes and vendor management • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Filipino nationality or anyone who has strong knowledge of fertilizer & pesticides
