Accounts Assistant cum Tailoring Workshop Coordinator

• Record daily purchases, expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments • Maintain petty cash records with supporting bills and approvals • Assist with supplier reconciliations and payment follow-ups • Maintain records of workshop expenses and material purchases • Verify attendance, overtime, and piece-rate details for payroll • Maintain a central order register with job numbers and production status • Prepare daily work schedules and record job allocations in coordination with workshop supervisor • Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, overtime, and daily production details • Maintain machine and equipment records, servicing schedules, repair requests, and breakdown reports • Coordinate with showroom, cutting master, tailors, and finishing team about orders and priorities • Confirm completed garments are ready for dispatch • Maintain stock records for fabrics, linings, buttons, zips, accessories, and workshop supplies • Record materials received, issued, returned, consumed, or wasted against relevant jobs • Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare purchase requests for approval • Assist with physical stock counts and investigate differences against system records • Experience in accounts assistance or workshop administration • Tailoring or garment industry experience is preferred • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with accounting or production management software • Basic understanding of tailoring processes, materials, and job costing
