**Account Manager\-IT Staffing** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **About the Role** Join our growing team as an Account Manager – IT Staffing, where you will manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and oversee the successful deployment of technology professionals across client projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT staffing, technology recruitment, managed services, outsourcing, or workforce solutions, with a strong focus on client relationship management and service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and develop long\-term relationships with assigned IT staffing clients. * Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment delivery, onboarding, workforce deployment, and ongoing account support. * Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. * Monitor service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance against agreed service levels. * Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and workforce solutions. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to support the employee lifecycle. * Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, reports, and performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions. * Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts. * Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and client service delivery. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. * Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving abilities. * GCC experience is preferred. **Skills \& Competencies** * Proven expertise in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Resource Augmentation, and Workforce Solutions. * Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment delivery and account operations. * Ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams to achieve client hiring and delivery objectives. * Strong understanding of IT roles, technology recruitment, and the staffing lifecycle. * Commercial awareness with the ability to identify account growth and business development opportunities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem\-solving, and interpersonal skills. **READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?** If you have a proven track record in IT staffing, technology recruitment, client relationship management, and workforce solutions, and thrive in delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes while building long\-term client partnerships, we would love to hear from you.
