Account Lead

We're partnering with a leading UAE organization that delivers high-impact strategic programmes to appoint two Account Leads, each to head a major programme and partnership account. This CEO-equivalent role owns the account's strategy, delivery and senior stakeholder relationships. You'll work closely with senior leadership and key partners to deliver complex, multi-year programmes with measurable social and economic impact. Key Responsibilities Setting the account's strategic direction and owning its outcomes Leading relationships with senior stakeholders and partners Overseeing complex, multi-year programmes from strategy to delivery Building and leading high-performing teams and delivery partners Ensuring strong governance, budget oversight and measurable impact Requirements Partner or Sr. Partner in management consulting or advisory (MBB, Top Tier or Big Four strategy, or a leading boutique or equivalent) 18+ years' experience, including senior client leadership Functional expertise: in strategy and transformation, programme delivery, strategic partnerships and operating model design Industry exposure across the public sector, higher education, economic policy, economic development and social impact A track record of leading large-scale strategic programmes Excellent academic credentials; an MBA or advanced degree preferred
