AC Technician

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and HVAC systems. • Service and maintain split, ducted, and chilled-water AC systems. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC and HVAC equipment. • Replace defective or damaged AC components and parts. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to company procedures. • Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, electrical connections, controls, and other HVAC components. • Identify the cause of equipment breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently. • Attend customer complaints and understand client requirements. • Maintain proper service records and complete service reports. • Obtain client confirmation/acceptance after completing assigned work. • Follow all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition. • Work independently as well as effectively within a team. • Assist in leading or guiding junior technicians when required. • Complete assigned jobs within the required time and quality standards. • Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience in AC/HVAC maintenance. • Recognized HVAC technical qualification, ITI certificate, diploma, or relevant certification. • Experience in servicing split, ducted AC, and chilled-water systems. • Good knowledge of AC troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, and parts replacement. • Good understanding of HVAC equipment and maintenance procedures. • Good written and spoken English communication skills. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Good customer-service skills. • Ability to understand client concerns and provide appropriate technical solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lead or guide a team when required. • Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing technical maintenance duties. Working Hours:- • Duty Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • The above working schedule is considered the standard duty schedule. • No overtime is included under the standard duty arrangement. • Sunday will be the weekly day off. • In case of exceptionally high workload or operational requirements, the company may change the weekly off to another suitable day. The alternate day will then be provided as the weekly off. Note :- The company will provide employment Visa, accommodation, transportation Weekly day off. Also, the employee will be eligible for vacation after completing 2 years and 2 months of service. The vacation will be fully paid.
