Zoho Developer Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: UAE / Dubai Department: Software Development / ERP Solutions Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Zoho solutions for business requirements. The candidate should have practical experience working with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People/HRMS, Zoho Projects , and other relevant Zoho applications. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing customized solutions, integrating Zoho applications, and supporting ERP implementation projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications based on business requirements. • Design and develop applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting . • Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions, reports, dashboards, and automation. • Work with Zoho People/HRMS and understand HR, attendance, leave, employee, and related business processes. • Work with Zoho Books, Inventory, Projects, and other Zoho applications as required. • Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs and webhooks . • Create custom functions, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation. • Analyze client requirements and convert them into technical solutions. • Participate in Zoho implementation and customization projects from requirement gathering through deployment. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for existing Zoho implementations. • Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of developed solutions. • Coordinate with the sales/implementation team and clients to understand technical requirements. • Prepare technical documentation for developed applications and integrations. • Provide technical support and enhancements after implementation. Required Skills • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer . • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge . • Practical experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications . • Experience with Zoho People/HRMS , including HR and attendance-related processes. • Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects , or similar business applications. • Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations . • Ability to develop custom workflows, functions, automation, reports, and dashboards. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to understand business processes and convert requirements into technical solutions. • Experience working on multiple Zoho implementation/customization projects. • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients when required. Candidate Profile We are looking for a practical and experienced Zoho Developer who can independently handle development and customization tasks rather than only having theoretical knowledge of Zoho products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering Zoho projects, understanding client requirements, developing customized solutions, and supporting implementations from development to deployment.
