**About the Role**
We are seeking a hands\-on Workshop Supervisor to manage furniture and interior projects end\-to\-end. This role combines client interaction, estimation, procurement, and workshop supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high\-quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Development \& Client Relations**
* Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, sub\-contractors, and private clients
* Visit sites and markets to generate new business opportunities
* Understand client requirements and translate them into workable project plans
**Design, Estimation \& Approvals**
* Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and assess material requirements
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations
* Present proposals, secure approvals, and finalize project scope
**Suppliers \& Procurement**
* Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers
* Compare pricing and quality to ensure cost\-effective purchasing
* Plan and manage timely material procurement
**Production \& Site Execution**
* Supervise workshop operations and assign daily tasks
* Oversee all phases of interior and furniture production
* Ensure quality control at every stage
* Optimize material usage and minimize waste
* Enforce health and safety standards on\-site and in the workshop
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in furniture manufacturing and interior projects
* Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and production processes
* Experience in cost estimation and quotation preparation
* Ability to read drawings and perform precise site measurements
* Strong network with contractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
* Commercial mindset with business development capability
* Good communication skills in English
* Strong problem\-solving and time management skills
* Valid driver’s license
