Wellsite geologist

MUB (OFFSHORE) 28/28 Offshore: 06:30 to 18:30 (7\-days a week) Contract Hire Round trip * Economy class provided Health Insurance provided Provided as per company policy 20000 AED Bachelor Of science in Geology, Earth Science or similar. Good knowledge of petroleum geology of Middle East and operations geology including supervision of mud logging, LWD and wireline logging is required 5 year's experience in geology field of oil industry as an operation geologist, wellsite geologist, mud logger or similar. Experience of wellsite operations is required Work within an integrated team and prepare well prognosis and logging programs and coordinate with service companies for planning, logistics and QC as required. Follow‐up and witness at wellsite. Report geology operations as required during drilling, logging (Open hole and Cased Hole) and coring as per ADOC instructions/procedures/requirements. Prepare geological reports on drilling/workover such as geological completion reports Fluent English in speaking and report writing is required. Basic knowledge and experience of industry standard software is required. Geosteering experience and work experience in the Middle east Carbonate reservoir are preferable
