Watchman

• Monitor and secure the building premises • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the building and surrounding areas • Monitor visitors, workers, and deliveries entering and leaving the premises • Conduct regular checks of the building and common areas • Report any suspicious activity, damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues • Ensure doors, gates, and other access points are properly secured • Maintain a safe and orderly environment • Assist with basic building and general maintenance-related tasks when required • Follow company rules, safety procedures, and management instructions • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies and report them to management • 27 years old and above • Previous experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role is preferred • Currently available in the UAE • Good communication and observation skills • Physically fit and able to perform general duties • Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy • Immediate joiners are preferred
