Warehouseman

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, meticulously verifying against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies immediately. • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility to facilitate efficient retrieval and minimize damage. • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to established procedures and utilizing appropriate packaging materials to protect goods during transit. • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines. • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training or certifications in warehousing or logistics is a plus. • Possess a valid forklift certification and experience operating various types of warehouse equipment is essential. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications for inventory tracking and order processing is preferred.
