Warehouse Manager

Lead and manage supply chain function, including inventory management, warehouse operations, demand planning and demand planning, ensuring the availability of materials and finished products to meet customer and project demands. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee ABC inventory management for in-house manufactured and imported products. • Lead the production planning process in full compliance with the Production Plan Process SOP. • Maintain stock coverage targets (A: 20–30 days, B: 10–15 days, C: Coordinate production capacity, machine availability, and urgent order integration with Production. • Prevent warehouse congestion and ensure efficient space utilization. • Share forecasts, replenishment needs, and urgent requirements with Procurement for timely PO placement. • Liaise with Logistics to priorities dispatch schedules based on stock readiness. • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field; • 12–20 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, within a manufacturing or distribution environment. • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Warehouse Operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP Systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
