Warehouse & Fulfillment Agent

• Inventory Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments and verify quantities against invoices. • Stock Management: Organize the warehouse, monitor expiration dates, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy. • Order Fulfillment: Handle Picking, Packing, and Labeling, and generate shipping airway bills. • System Operations: Log transactions accurately on Odoo/Shopify platforms. • Reporting: Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. • Logistics Coordination: Prepare delivery notes, coordinate with delivery partners, and manage returns (reverse logistics). • Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards. • • Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce fulfillment. Proficiency in Excel is preferred • Language: Intermediate level of English. • Education: High School Diploma or higher. • Preferred: Valid UAE driving license or ability to operate a motorcycle. • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment. • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills. • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
