Warehouse Manager

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and warehouse documentation. • Optimize warehouse space and ensure efficient storage and workflow. • Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and drivers, and allocate daily tasks. • Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, Retail, and other departments to support operational requirements. • Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver schedules, and GPS tracking. • Coordinate facility maintenance, safety inspections, pest control, fire alarm, and HVAC servicing. • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and warehouse safety standards. • Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements where required. • Coordinate facility maintenance by arranging technician schedules as required by the project team. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
