Warehouse Associate, Experienced

The Warehouse Associate ensures the smooth and accurate movement of goods through PPG's Dubai warehouse. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify against invoices and delivery documentation. • Sort, label, and store goods efficiently, optimizing available warehouse space. • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately in line with written or verbal instructions. • Maintain up-to-date stock records in the warehouse management system and respond to inventory or delivery enquiries. • Complete all relevant receipt, transfer, and dispatch documentation accurately. • Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely in accordance with PPG guidelines and UAE regulations. • Support general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized working environment. Qualifications & Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus. • 1 3 years of experience in a warehouse or stores environment. • Comfortable with inventory systems and basic data entry. • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. • Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently during a shift. • English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus. • 1 3 years of experience in a warehouse or stores environment. • Comfortable with inventory systems and basic data entry. • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. • Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently during a shift. • English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
