Warehouse Assistant/Tally clerk

Main Activities & Core Tasks Task 1: Receiving activity • Carry out unloading operations • Check that the goods match the packing lists • Checking the quantity and quality of goods received Task 2: GI activity • Unpack & repack incoming goods: count, check and identify references • Prepare batches of parts • Handling spare parts Task 3: Storage activity • Sorting and allocating parts to the various warehouse areas Respect the production tool and handling equipment • Use handling and scanning equipment safely, and ensure it is in working order for the next shift • Inform your line manager of any anomaly or malfunction observed on the handling equipment • Participates in maintaining the cleanliness of the dock in accordance with the instructions of the department Starting work • Familiarise yourself with the work environment (security equipment and clocking in and out) • Find out the day's instructions from the manager Secondary activities • Taking part in meetings and working groups • Make proposals and participate in discussions on necessary adaptations and adjustments • Participate in accident and near-accident analyses • Participating in the day-to-day life of the departments • Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse assistant or tally clerk positions.
