Job description
Main Responsibilities
\- \***Greet \& seat guests**\*: Smile, take them to tables, explain specials and menu items
\- \***Take orders**\*: Listen carefully, enter orders into POS, answer questions about food, drinks, allergies
\- \***Serve food \& drinks**\*: Deliver orders promptly, check back to make sure everything’s good
\- \***Handle payments**\*: Process bills, handle cash/card/mobile payments, give receipts
\- \***Keep area clean**\*: Reset tables, refill water, restock cutlery, help with bussing
\- \***Teamwork**\*: Communicate with kitchen staff and other servers, help during rush hours
\- \***Upsell**\*: Recommend dishes, desserts, and drinks to enhance the guest experience
