Server/Waitress

• Greet guests by name, if known, and assist in seating them comfortably. • Serve guests within assigned stations under the supervision of the manager and supervisor. • Demonstrate complete knowledge of food, beverage offerings, and service details including preparation methods. • Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and foster strong guest relations. • Report any customer complaints to the supervisor in a timely manner. • Place orders in the kitchen and ensure proper operating equipment is set up on tables. • Stock cabinets and drawers with adequate mis-en-place to facilitate smooth and efficient service. • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear the prescribed uniform at all times. • Ensure outlet cleanliness is maintained at all times. • Stay familiar with all hotel facilities to assist and guide guests. • Conduct daily inventory of supplies and equipment. • Perform side duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager. • Prior experience as a waitress or in a guest-facing hospitality role. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation methods. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service. • Presentable, well-groomed appearance in line with prescribed hotel standards. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. • Organizational skills to manage inventories and station set-up.
