Marriott Hotel Me’aisem is looking for a professional, service-oriented, and enthusiastic Server to join our Food & Beverage team.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables according to hotel standards.
• Have good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Support the team in maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant operation.
• Assist with upselling food and beverage items where appropriate.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or quality restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
