You will lead the technology roadmap, driving large\-scale transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, decision\-making, and business performance across the enterprise. Partnering with senior executives, you will champion the adoption of digital platforms, advanced data capabilities, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth. The role offers end\-to\-end ownership of critical enterprise systems, strategic technology investments, and future\-focused modernization programs. **Strategic Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the corporate digital strategy and technology roadmap aligned to business objectives. * Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational transformation and influence senior stakeholders to drive enterprise\-wide adoption of digital transformation initiatives. * Lead the ERP Centre of Excellence and Corporate CRM Centre of Excellence to maximize enterprise value. * Champion emerging technologies, AI, analytics, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives. * Drive enterprise\-wide digital transformation programs that improve efficiency, service delivery, and employee experience. * Foster a team culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Operational Responsibilities** * Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise digital solutions. * Oversee large\-scale ERP and CRM platforms, integrations, and data ecosystems. * Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business needs. * Deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology partnerships. * Provide executive\-level reporting on investment value, project performance, and business outcomes. * Build and lead a high\-performing team of architects, engineers, product specialists, and business analysts. * Develop future technology leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible ### **Qualification** **Essential** * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10\+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large, complex organizations. * Proven experience leading large\-scale digital transformation, innovation, and enterprise technology programs that drive organizational change and business value. * Extensive experience managing enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP (Fusion and related products) and Corporate CRM platforms. * Demonstrated success leading large matrixed technology teams, including software development, architecture, business analysis, product, and engineering functions. * Strong expertise in enterprise integration, cloud technologies, AI, data analytics, and digital solution delivery at scale. * Proven commercial, financial, and stakeholder leadership capabilities, including influencing executive leadership and aligning technology investments with business strategy.
