Villa Security / Foreman

• Oversee and manage all security operations within the villa premises, ensuring the safety and privacy of residents and guests. • Direct and supervise a team of villa personnel, providing clear instructions and monitoring their work. • Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including access control, surveillance monitoring, security gate and emergency response plans. • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or vulnerabilities. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management or a related field is advantageous. • Hold relevant security certifications (e.g., SIA, CPO) and a valid driver's license. • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security or facilities management, preferably within a luxury residential or hospitality setting. • Arabic speaker is preferred
