Video Telematics Operator

Responsibilities: • Monitor live video feeds and telematics data to detect and review incidents, driving behaviors, or unusual activities across customer fleets. • Conduct real-time event analysis to assess severity and initiate necessary actions or alerts as per standard operating procedures. • Coordinate with customers to report incidents, provide video evidence, and suggest follow-up actions to ensure driver and asset safety. • Log events, document actions taken, and compile incident reports for customer reference. • Collaborate with the fleet management and customer success teams to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, security, or a related field is a plus. • Experience in a control room or monitoring environment, preferably in fleet management or telematics. • Strong attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Familiarity with video telematics software, GPS tracking systems, and safety protocols. • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
