Job description

Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team • Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly/annual reports • Optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency • Manage audits, tax planning, and financial controls • Support business expansion and investment decisions Required Skills • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage teams and work in a remote environment • Preferred Experience • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance or accounting • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO/Finance Director) • Experience in the education or training sector is a plus • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent • Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
