Valuation Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct property inspections, measurements, and condition assessments. • Research market trends and identify comparable properties. • Apply suitable valuation methods to determine property values. • Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation. • Communicate valuation findings and address client queries. • Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain records. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field. • 3 years of relevant real estate valuation experience. • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques. • Good understanding of local real estate markets and trends. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
