Valet Attendant - Parking Services

About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Valet Attendant Parking Services to join the resort s Parking Services team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure. • Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas. • Maintain accurate records of vehicle tags, keys, and parking locations. • Assist guests with luggage or directions as needed. • Ensure smooth traffic flow at the entrance and exit points. • Inspect vehicles for damage before parking and report any issues immediately. • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area. • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered. • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. • Assist in emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. • Previous experience in valet or customer service is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts
