Job Description \- \*) Lead and manage accounts receivable collections across International, Corporate, and SMB customers. \*) Monitor outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage customer disputes. \*) Coordinate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely customer payments and collections. \*) Validate invoices, monitor contract validity, and provide guidance on payment terms and discounts. \*) Prepare collection reports and analysis while monitoring supplier and carrier account balances. Requirements \& Skills Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or related. Preparing reports for managers on request. Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise. Ability to work independently.
