ICT / Telecom Finance Collection Supervisor Needed Urgently

Dear candidate Please send your CV to this WhatsApp number \- **\** **Require a Collection Supervisor with a strong Telecom Technology / ICT background.** Please find below the Job description. * Lead and manage end\-to\-end Accounts Receivable collections for International, Corporate, and SMB customers. * Monitor customer collections, outstanding balances, and maintain accurate AR ledgers. * Resolve customer disputes, payment discrepancies, and invoicing\-related issues. * Coordinate with customers, Sales Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely payments. * Validate customer invoices against contracts using the Contract Management System. * Monitor contract validity and expiry, coordinating with Sales Account Managers as required. * Provide recommendations on customer discounts based on payment terms and collection trends. * Monitor and audit supplier and international carrier accounts payable against approved credit terms. * Prepare weekly and monthly cash collection reports, analysis, and management reports. * Support internal/external audits and ensure accurate reporting while working independently. * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent in any related fields * 7 years or more of experience in the same position or field. * Preparing reports for managers on request. * Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise. * Any report required by external auditor/management.
