Our Client is an International trading company specialising in the procurement, supplies and maintenance of various equipment and services to Government Ministries, Military and Civilian forces, Non-Government Organisations and Commercial enterprises. The Company is registered in Uganda where it maintains its Operational Headquarters. 1) Supervision of Accounting operations of the entity 2) Periodic Management Reporting & presentations 3) Assisting in Budgeting and Forecasting along with Budgetory Control. 4) Preparation of Annual Accounts as per accounting standards 5) VAT/Zakat Compliances & return filing 6) Working Capital & Treasury management 7) Assisting Internal audit teams with necessary details for audits Any other adhoc requirement as per management COMPETENCIES REQUIRED • Overlooking day to day operations in branch • Support month-end and year-end close process • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending. • Statutory Compliances Taking responsibilities of and supporting the team. While any team member is on leave/sick
