Overview Of The Role: • The role of the Receptionist is critical in supporting the company to achieve its monthly and annual customer service objectives. This position requires ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of customer service via email, phone, or in-person interactions. The Receptionist acts as a focal point in promoting customer service improvement, assisting in creating a quality service culture within the company, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The individual in this role has the empowerment to make customer-focused decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and create loyal customers. What You Will Do: Communications Handling • Handle all incoming telephone communications and note reasons for calls. • Forward calls to relevant team members based on availability. Customer Service • Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures. • Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines before escalating if necessary. • Attend to customer needs and understand their requirements to handle and forward enquiries efficiently. • Deal with 'drop-in' customers quickly and proficiently by coordinating with employees and customers. Administrative Support • Log calls with details including time, date, and caller information. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures. Required Skills To Be Successful: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage customer queries promptly and efficiently. • Proficiency in using basic IT systems for logging and managing calls. • Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
