Transportation & Installation Lead

• Ensure marine operations are executed safely and in compliance with contract agreement, industry standards and best practices. • Liaise with Vessel Management Team (VMT) on the status, ongoing and planned activities, highlighting issues and recommending mitigations. • Lead for T&I execution planning for procedure development and readiness-to-proceed (RTP) including constructability reviews, risk assessments, installation readiness reviews • Ensure communication and alignment across supporting functions and other impacted projects, Technical - Marine, OPCO for efficient offshore operations execution. • Participate in project execution planning to ensure delivery in accordance with Contract milestones. • Consolidate T&I deliverables review to assure compliance with Company specifications and standards. • Coordinate with offshore team for timely reporting of work performed to ensure that scope is completed as per Contract. • Facilitate readiness reviews to ensure timely vessels surveys, inspections and mobilization. • Report and follow up on incidents, including participating in incident investigation as needed, to ensure root cause analyses and lessons learnt are accurately recorded and presented for future implementation. • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering • 8 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel • Experience in offshore construction as methods and field engineer or similar role, on transportation and installation of fixed facilities including transportation, float-over installations and heavy lifting operations. • Float-over experience is essential. DP float-over experience will be held in high regard • Good communication and interpersonal relationships, coordination and interfacing skills.
