Transformation \& Development Project Manager **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** 10–15 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Transformation \& Development Project Manager** to lead institutional transformation, organizational development, innovation, and strategic implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management experience and the ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable results. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage institutional transformation and development projects. * Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. * Monitor project performance, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate with senior management and multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. * Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution. * Prepare progress reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations. * Support organizational change and digital transformation initiatives. * Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field**. * Master's degree is preferred. * **10–15 years of relevant experience** in transformation, development, program, or project management. * Experience in **government or semi\-government organizations** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of strategic planning, performance management, and project implementation. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.** * Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Professional certifications such as **PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation** are preferred.
