IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager to join a leading organisation based in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader to shape and execute the company s IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and oversee enterprise-wide technology operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives. Lead and manage the organization s IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and best practices to protect business systems and data. Manage enterprise applications, including ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and other business-critical systems. Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. Lead the adoption of construction technology, AI, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and project delivery. Manage IT vendors, technology partners, software licensing, and service providers. Ensure IT governance, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management frameworks are maintained. Prepare and manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans. Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects. Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud environments. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Experience working for a large multinational organisation or within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly desirable. Arabic language skills are preferred.
