Training Operations Supervisor **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time (On\-Site) Leaders Training Centre is looking for a **Training Operations Supervisor** to oversee training operations, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth programme delivery and compliance with accreditation requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day\-to\-day training operations. * Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal departments. * Manage training schedules, documentation, and operational records. * Handle accreditation and compliance requirements. * Lead and support operational teams to ensure high service standards. Preferred Backgrounds * **Health \& Safety** – Training, supervision, documentation, and client coordination. * **Training Operations / Education** – Experience in a training institute or education environment with team management. * **Learning \& Development / Training Administration** – Experience managing training programmes and accreditation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum **3–5 years** of relevant experience. * Excellent written and spoken English with international\-standard communication skills. * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience with accreditation or certification processes is highly preferred.
