Training Coordinator (Food and Beverage)

Takamul National Company is driven by quality, consistency, and strong operational standards that support both guest satisfaction and business performance. **Role Description** The Training Executive (Pizza Chain QSR) is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Muscat, responsible for: * Developing and delivering training programs for frontline and supervisory team members across the pizza restaurant outlets. * The role includes conducting onboarding and skills training. * Creating and updating training materials and SOPs. * Coordinating product, service, and operational training to ensure consistency across all branches. * The Training Executive will observe store operations, identify performance and knowledge gaps, * Implement targeted training sessions and refreshers to improve service quality, food safety, speed of service, and guest experience. * The role involves scheduling and tracking training activities, maintaining training records, and collaborating with operations, HR, and brand management to align training with business goals. * The Training Executive will also support the rollout of new menu items, equipment, and systems by preparing teams and providing ongoing coaching on the shop floor. **Qualifications** * Experience in training or operations within quick\-service restaurants, preferably in pizza or similar QSR concepts, with strong understanding of store processes and guest service standards. * Skills in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, including classroom, on\-the\-job, and practical demonstrations, with the ability to adapt content for different learning styles. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety practices, with the ability to train teams on compliance, quality control, and standard operating procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation abilities, active listening, and constructive coaching and feedback techniques. * Basic data and reporting skills to track training completion, assess performance improvements, and provide regular updates to management on training impact. * Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and learning materials (manuals, checklists, training guides); familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage. * Proven ability to work on\-site in a fast\-paced environment, manage multiple training schedules, and travel between outlets within Muscat as required. * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business Work Location: In person
