Job description
We are looking for a Training \& Performance Development Specialist with hands\-on experience in performance management and succession planning to join our team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in Training \& Development, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
* Practical experience in performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
* Experience supporting or implementing succession planning and talent development initiatives.
* Knowledge of competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, and individual development plans (IDPs).
* Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Location: In person
