Job description

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals. • Lead the design and enhancement of driver training programs focused on technical, behavioral, customer service, and safety competencies. • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and reporting dashboards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, driver performance, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure all training programs comply with operational, regulatory, and QHSE standards. • Manage daily training operations and ensure timely delivery of scheduled training sessions. • Conduct driver assessments, evaluations, and certification programs. • Oversee remedial training initiatives based on driver performance data and operational feedback. • Maintain accurate training documentation, reporting, and compliance records. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training outcomes positively impact operational performance. • Support onboarding and capability-building initiatives for new drivers and operational teams. • Coach, mentor, and guide trainers and drivers to enhance professional behavior and service standards. • Provide ongoing feedback and development support to improve driver engagement and competency. • Address conduct, safety, and customer service concerns through structured coaching interventions. • Foster a high-performance learning culture within the organization. • Identify training gaps through operational insights and performance metrics. • Lead initiatives to modernize learning methodologies and improve training effectiveness. • Conduct post-training audits and observations to ensure successful implementation of learning outcomes. • Recommend improvements in training content, delivery methods, and operational processes. • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline. • Train the Trainer Certification preferred. • 7–14 years of experience in training within taxi, mobility, transport, or logistics industries. • Prior experience managing driver training programs and performance management initiatives. • Experience handling operational training in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Strong knowledge of taxi/mobility operations within KSA and the Makkah region. • Expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and performance management. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and LMS platforms. • Languages Required: English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic. • Positive, agile, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
