Trainee -Finance and accounting officer

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and disciplined Omani male candidate to join our team as a Finance Trainee under the Ministry of Labour training/employment support programme, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. • Assist with preparing and processing invoices and billing documents. • Support collection activities and payment follow-ups. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. • Assist with data entry and updating information in accounting software. • Support the finance team with daily administrative and accounting tasks. • Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. • Must be an Omani national (male). • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputed university or college. • Must be willing and eligible to register under the applicable Ministry of Labour programme. • Should have basic knowledge of billing, invoices, collections, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation. • Familiarity with accounting software, TELLY, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage. • Must be punctual, disciplined, well-organised, and professional. • Should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. • Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of following company procedures.
