Tourism Operations Director

**Role Overview** Senegal Guide Travel is seeking an experienced Tourism Operations Director to lead our destination management strategies, tour itineraries, and hospitality service delivery across Senegal. In this role, you will oversee end\-to\-end travel operations, partner networks, customer support teams, and ground logistics to ensure unforgettable, high\-quality, and safe travel experiences for international and domestic travelers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute operational strategies for multi\-day tours, corporate travel packages, and custom eco\-tourism itineraries across West Africa. * Manage operational logistics, including transport fleets, local guide teams, hotel contracting, and vendor relationships. * Establish strict safety, quality assurance, and emergency response protocols for all ground excursions and guest transfers. * Optimize tour scheduling, resource management, and booking workflows to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. * Monitor guest feedback and review ratings to drive continuous service improvement and maintain high satisfaction metrics. * Direct multi\-lingual teams of travel specialists, customer service agents, and local tour leaders. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience within destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, or hospitality organizations. * Deep knowledge of Senegal’s tourism ecosystem, cultural landmarks, hospitality networks, and travel regulations. * Strong financial acumen with expertise in tour budgeting, vendor contract negotiation, and margin management. * Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Wolof or other local languages is a plus. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٥٬١٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
