Tourism & Airport Transfer Driver

• Safely transport tourists, hotel guests, corporate clients, and other passengers to their destinations in accordance with assigned bookings and schedules. • Provide professional airport pickup and drop-off services, including guest coordination and meet-and-greet assistance when required. • Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the journey. • Maintain excellent customer service standards and communicate courteously with guests from diverse nationalities and backgrounds. • Demonstrate good knowledge of Dubai's roads, hotels, airports, tourist attractions, and major landmarks. • Follow assigned routes, booking instructions, pickup timings, and operational procedures. • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and general condition of the assigned vehicle. • Comply with UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, applicable tourism transport requirements, and company policies. • Report any accidents, vehicle defects, guest complaints, delays, or operational issues promptly to the operations team. • Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, confidentiality, and a well-groomed appearance at all times. • Remain flexible to accommodate operational requirements, including shift changes, weekends, public holidays, and peak tourism periods. • Valid UAE driving licence, preferably issued in Dubai, with a minimum of two years of driving experience. • Good knowledge of Dubai roads, airport terminals, hotels, tourist destinations, and local traffic regulations. • Previous experience in tourism transportation, airport transfers, chauffeur services, hotel transportation, or limousine services will be an advantage. • Good command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with international guests. Additional languages are an advantage. • Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a professional approach to guest handling. • Excellent punctuality, time management, navigation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while following company instructions and operational procedures. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and other documents required for employment or applicable transport approvals, as applicable. • Candidates must meet all applicable UAE employment, visa, driving licence, and tourism transport eligibility requirements.
