مشرف أول \- رقابة الحافلات والنقل البحري \- (26002533\) **الوصف الوظيفي** ----------------- Job Purpose: Oversee monitoring and inspection activities by coordinating annual, monthly, and campaign plans, ensuring field team readiness, and supervising compliance across public, school, chartered, tourist, maritime, and international transport services. Support operational efficiency, training execution, and issue resolution while ensuring adherence to approved regulations and standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategy • Contribute to preparing annual monitoring and inspection plans and submit them to the department manager. • Study field inspection team requirements to enhance departmental efficiency. • Monitor provision and improvement of inspection equipment and procedures. • Contribute to preparing monthly and campaign inspection plans and monitoring their implementation. Operations • Ensure supervisors and inspectors maintain proper appearance and adhere to official attire. • Supervise overall efficiency of public transportation means in coordination with relevant parties at outlets and event locations. • Issue daily reports regarding the field inspections across all buses and maritime activities • Inspect and issue violations to users and operators of public, school, chartered, tourist, maritime, and international transport as per RTA regulations. • Respond to inquiries, provide departmental information, resolve issues, and handle complaints. • Supervise the implementation of approved training programs and submit related reports. • Perform field control on buses (public, school, chartered, tourist, international), maritime transport means, docks, schools, rental facilities, tourist facilities, and international bus facilities; monitor permits, safety and environmental compliance, and bus services; report observations; and coordinate with the Transport Bus Control Center during accidents or breakdowns. • Monitor and inspect the other transport activities in vehicles monitoring and passengers transport section such as (Taxi drivers, limousines, hourly rental vehicles, illegal transportation). Product/Process Improvement • Generate weekly statistics and monthly reports, highlighting results, obstacles, and recommendations. • Commit to attending committee meetings and fulfilling assigned responsibilities. Physical Working Conditions • Highly site\-based role with frequent site inspection involved. **المؤهلات و المهارات** ----------------------- Education: * Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
