Site Engineer - Joinery

• Supervise and monitor joinery installation activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications. • Coordinate with the project management team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of joinery works. • Ensure quality control by inspecting the joinery installations, identifying defects or issues, and coordinating corrective actions. • Liaise with the factory to track the production and delivery of joinery items, ensuring materials are available on-site as per project timelines. • Resolve on-site technical issues related to joinery works, collaborating with the factory and design teams when necessary. • Prepare and maintain site reports, including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment. • Ensure that safety regulations are strictly followed on-site, including the use of protective gear and safe work practices during joinery installations. • Attending site meetings to provide updates on the progress of joinery works, addressing any concerns raised by the client or contractor. • Review and interpret technical drawings and project documents, ensuring installations align with the design intent and specifications. • Assist in preparing method statements and work procedures for joinery installations. • Monitor and track project timelines, reporting any delays or deviations to the Project Manager and ensuring timely project completion. • Coordinate inspections and handover processes with the client and main contractor, ensuring joinery works meet all contractual and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate and efficient installation processes. • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in UAE joinery • Must have Bachelor’s Degree with UAE MOFA attestation
