Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Thai Spa Therapist to join our wellness team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. In this role, you will deliver authentic Thai massage treatments to our diverse clientele, creating a serene and rejuvenating experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care. You will be instrumental in helping our guests achieve relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness through traditional Thai therapeutic techniques. • Perform traditional Thai massage treatments using proper techniques, pressure points, and body mechanics to ensure client comfort and therapeutic benefits • Assess client needs and preferences prior to each session, customizing treatments to address specific concerns or health considerations • Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment that promotes relaxation and wellness • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the treatment • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas • Manage time efficiently to ensure sessions begin and end on schedule while maintaining the quality of service • Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals • Collaborate with team members and management to support a cohesive spa environment • Stay current with industry best practices and continue developing expertise in Thai massage and wellness techniques • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy Qualifications customer related experience an asset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Your team and working environment: We are much more than a world leader.
