Tenant Relation Specialist - Retail

We are seeking a customer-focused Tenant Relation Specialist to manage retailer relationships, support leasing activities, and ensure an outstanding tenant experience across our retail portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in retail property management, tenant relations, or customer service • Experience coordinating with retail tenants and internal departments • Familiarity with lease administration and retail operations • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Experience managing tenant relationships and resolving operational concerns • Capable of coordinating fit-out activities, lease documentation, and store openings • Adept at monitoring tenant compliance with operational standards • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and operational reports • Customer-focused approach with strong organizational capability • Excellent coordination with leasing, operations, and facilities teams .
